Draft technical narratives in HMRC-required format (Additional Information Form)
Calculations of staff time allocation and R&D percentages
Supporting questions for engineering teams to strengthen claim narratives
Our services are delivered under a separate Master Services and Data Processing Agreement (MSA/DPA) which governs the specific terms of client engagements, including data processing, fees, and service levels.
3. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

5. AI-Assisted Processing
Our services use artificial intelligence, including third-party Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, to analyse client data and generate draft outputs. By using our services, you acknowledge that:
Your data may be processed by AI systems as part of service delivery
AI-generated outputs are drafts that require human review and approval before use
All AI processing is governed by strict data protection safeguards (see our Privacy Policy)
No client data is used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models. Non-identifying data derivatives may be used for platform improvement purposes that do not involve model training, subject to the terms of the applicable MSA/DPA and our Privacy Policy
All LLM API providers are contractually prohibited from using client data for training purposes

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Intellectual Property

6.2 Platform and Methodology
Taxnova retains all rights to its platform, algorithms, AI models, processes, and methodologies. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Taxnova’s intellectual property to you.
6.3 Client Deliverables
Clients retain full rights to use deliverables produced under an MSA/DPA for their R&D tax claim submissions and related purposes.
