Our services are delivered under a separate Master Services and Data Processing Agreement (MSA/DPA) which governs the specific terms of client engagements, including data processing, fees, and service levels.

3. Website Use

• Your data may be processed by AI systems as part of service delivery

• AI-generated outputs are drafts that require human review and approval before use

• All AI processing is governed by strict data protection safeguards (see our Privacy Policy)

• No client data is used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models. Non-identifying data derivatives may be used for platform improvement purposes that do not involve model training, subject to the terms of the applicable MSA/DPA and our Privacy Policy

• All LLM API providers are contractually prohibited from using client data for training purposes

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

Clients retain full rights to use deliverables produced under an MSA/DPA for their R&D tax claim submissions and related purposes.

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed by qualified personnel before submission.
